Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are a guaranteed right for all our customers and apply to all products available on our store.

All items listed on our store are subject to the return and exchange policy under the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

Products can be returned or exchanged only if they are in their original condition at the time of purchase and still in their original packaging.

Returns must be made within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Kindly take a photo of the product and send it along with your city, address, and order number. This will help us process an exchange if the item is damaged, defective, or not functioning as expected.

A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description provided on the product page of our website.

We are not responsible for any expectations regarding product usage that are not mentioned on the product page.

A 30% fee or a minimum of 25 MAD will be deducted if the customer no longer wants the product without any defect or issue.
